About Kristin DiDomenico, CHHC

I'm a certified integrative health and nutrition coach, specializing in women's hormone health, gut health and healing emotional eating patterns. An author, certified (AFFA) personal trainer and certified yoga instructor.

For the past 25+ years, I have been training, educating and motivating women to live their best life through her personalized health and fitness programs.

I became a health and nutrition counselor to help women improve their eating habits and break cycles of emotional eating in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

After receiving my health coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City I've focused on personal training, yoga, health coaching and nutrition counseling for individuals and small groups. I now work exclusively with women post-menopause. Get in touch to set up an call, let's talk.

I fully believe that life post-menopause should be energizing, confident, and joyful.

Dying to Be Enough: Is my Journey Through Life, Death, and Learning to Live In Between. A Journey of surviving sudden cardiac death and learning how to live a new way. The book tells my deeply personal account of my near-death experience … what happened when I died …my journey leading up to that event … and where I am today. It explains how a twist of fate saved my life so that I can share my experience, strength and hope with others today. It is a story of endings … and beginnings, a story of healing a soul.

Kristen’s journey from self-doubt and perfectionism to self-awareness and acceptance is something we can all relate to. Her story is inspiring and it reminds us that sometimes we need help to get to the other side of our pain. I applaud her for working so hard to let go of her past and for striving to “be enough”, one day at a time. Hers is a story of faith, perseverance and hope.

So full of hope
