  • Importance of creating exercise as daily habit.

  • Personalized multi-tiered plan to reduce stress and increase well-being to achieve results that support your body and mind.

  • Setting up a step-by-step healthy daily action plan (from waking-up to bed-time) that works into your life to help keep you motivated and gain traction to reach your goals

Nutrition
  • Individual nutrition guidance and coaching based on your goals. I will help you work through a weight-loss plateau, relieve menopause symptoms, increase energy and feel better in your skin.

  • We will create a balanced approach, without restriction, including a variety of foods that work for you now, with yummy, easy to follow recipes and my favorite go-to food choices and brands, as well as supplements I use and recommend for symptom relief.

  • Check-ins and plan adjustments as needed.

  • The foundation of the program is the weekly group coaching calls via Zoom for check-ins, recommendations, goal setting and lessons covering a deep dive of our health in menopause and beyond  in a supportive community.

  • Bi-weekly scheduled individual coaching calls to cover all aspects of your specific health and well-being.

  • 12 lessons shared on our weekly Zoom calls relating to what you may be experiencing at this stage of life and solutions to address your symptoms. These lessons are recorded as well and housed on our private google drive.

  • Google drive with a breakdown of workouts, recipes, menus and handouts related to lessons.
